Mr. Seelig works as an advisor on behalf of governments and institutions (EU, WB, ADB, EIB, KfW and SECO). The services cover all areas of national, European and international environmental and health law, in particular the design as well as the implementation of environmental and health law as well as opinions on environmental and health law issues. Since 1998, Mr. Seelig has implemented environmental and health law projects in 33 countries on all continents. His services also include advice on environmental governance structure / organization.

Mr. Seelig holds an LL.M. in energy and environment from Tulane University, Law school, where he worked as research assistant in the field of international and American environmental law. Mr. Seelig is author of publications.
