We have represented consumers in a variety of banking cases.  Legal advice concerning the liability of banks, including construction contracts, trustees and real estate agents is our speciality.  Many cases are settled out of court.  Within Germany nationwide litigation is also part of our service.  Advice is provided to private individuals as well as companies in all matters of banking law.
